We try to ship/ post your ordered product/ products to your shipping address as soon as possible. It takes about 1-2 business days to pack and dispatch the order. All our shipping is maintained through the Australia Post.

Usually, it takes 2 to 10 business days ( depending on the destination ) for the ordered items to reach the destination unless special circumstances/ hazards occur.

Our shipping cost starts from $10 AUD for posting within Australia and $30 AUD for international posting. Sometimes we offer FREE shipping as a part of our promotional activities.

Impact of Novel Coronavirus :

It may take 3-4 weeks International Delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes.


Regarding the out of stock products, customers can pre-order some items; in that case, it will take a bit longer than usual delivery time, usually 2 to 4 weeks, but we try our best to dispatch the items as soon as possible. If customers order some in stock and some out of stock products together, in that case, all the items will be dispatched together.

 

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For heavily embellished, non-machine-washable items, the policy lasts for 48 hours of receiving the item.

30% restocking fee will apply if you fail to notify us within 24 hours of purchase through facebook messenger about the required exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There is no return, refund or exchange on delicate items those are not machine washable and not hand washable.

There is also no return, refund or exchange on clearance sale items. 

If you purchase something from our store after going through a fitting trial or getting the measurement practically, then there would be no refund or exchange on that item for change of mind.

Please make sure to post with a tracking number so that the parcel can be tracked and doesn’t get lost on its way.

 

Once we receive the parcel, then we check if there is any damage. If the item is intact and undamaged, then we will give you the refund of the product's price amount. Please note that the shipping cost is not refundable.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

There are certain situations where NO refunds are granted (if applicable)

 

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded (if applicable), unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged from the manufacturer's end. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

If you buy something from our store after trying it on or getting a practical measurement, then no exchange will be granted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

We suggest that you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
